I’ve lost respect for the managers and finance department at Bommarito Honda. Their word is meaningless. They are slimy salesmen who’ll encourage you to buy service agreements they won’t honor or abide by. Don’t make the mistake I did. Don’t buy the Easycare packages they try to sell you. I never used the plans and they won’t refund your money as required if you don’t utilize the plans and cancel after paying off your car. Don’t add the Bommarito Superstore Service Agreement Advantage, they won’t honor the 50% refund after you pay off your car. Read the Reviews and avoid Bommarito if honesty and good business practices are important to you. Below are untrustworthy managers to avoid. Todd Zamler, Mike Minner, Jamie Novara. This team promised my refund more than 3 months ago and I’m still waiting. They requested documents, which I provided. They will delay. They won’t return phone calls. They’ll pretend they didn’t receive emails they are copied on. They will pretend their voicemails don’t work. They’ll give every excuse to not honor their agreements and commitments. Don’t buy from Bommarito Superstore. They have horrible customer service. I’m not returning after this experience. If I could give zero stars I would.

Angie, in financing, is quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. As a first time lease purchaser she walked me through the benefits of leasing a vehicle versus purchasing one. We had a great experience with the salesman, Mike Rosen, who was honest, straightforward and responsive. Then he handed us off to the finance department. Michael Minner sold us an EasyCare warranty without telling us it wasn’t a “Honda” warranty. He also said he was cutting $750 off the price so it ended up being approximately $2250 for 8 years, 100k miles, with a $200 deductible. When we inquired a couple days later about getting a “HondaCare” warranty, he told us it wasn’t as good as the EasyCare and it would cost more (maybe $2400?). Afterwards, we did some research and went to a different dealer who sold us a true HondaCare warranty of 8 years, 120k miles and $0 deductible. It’s essentially the same coverage, with longer term, less deductible for about $1300. You do the math. Michael Minner was either dishonest, misleading, ignorant or incompetent. I wouldn’t trust the guy, and it soured me on doing any more business with Bommarito.

Aaron would always give me reassurance about the car I was looking at and would tell me that he would contact me when the car was available to be looked at. After a few conversations, he would never call back and would break the promises he gave. I personally wouldn't contact him if you pursuing a car from the Bommarito Honda Dealership, as you will be let down and confused by his unprofessional manner of giving promises to the future customer that he can't hold true

I have always been a fan until my last visit to the service department. I spent an hour setting up appointments to find out that I was no dealing with the dealership directly. They use a call center. When we arrived for our appointment, the service writer knew nothing about us coming, was very rude, and made my wife feel stupid. I called the "call center" again, and they were rude also. What happened to quality customer service. This was terrible.

This place is a joke! Never ever ever buy from here as you will just be a number. I know it’s expected but if you want service and quality, go to Dave Sinclair. I sold the car I purchased after 94 days of owning it just so I didn’t have to. Deal with BOMMARITO HONDA anymore. Buyer beware!

My recent experience with buying a new car was a positive experience. Like many others, my 2017 Honda Civic was caught up in the May hailstorm and was considered a total loss. I started my search by looking at the inventory of the Honda Superstore in Hazelwood. This is where I had my car serviced and is close to where I live. I walked in (no appointment) and met Neil Smith. From the beginning Neil was kind, patient and most importantly not sales pressure orientated. He kept me informed, but not too much. I was receiving as many as 6 calls per day from other dealerships. I was able to test drive a pre-certified Honda and a new model. In the end we made a good deal on a new 2025 Honda Civic Sport. I feel very comfortable if I have follow-up questions, to contact Neil for the answers. Thanks again for your outstanding customer service and making this a smooth process. p.s. Shout out to Sue Bernard (Sales Manager) and Angie Murdaugh (Finance Manager) for your help and patience.

I first inquired about our new 2025 Honda Odyssey Sport L online. Brad reached out immediately without any pressure wanting to meet our needs through a phone call. The first one in a different color but a white one arrived on the lot. I told Brad about our specifics and said I want a van and if we liked the new color, (white), then we’d buy it. No Pressure at all from Brad! Everything went smooth! Brad, knowing that I was going to be there after 5 which was when he was supposed to be off, stayed to help us out. Brad did more than we asked. He got us a lower interest rate and better payment than what I originally got pre approved for through my bank. So, Long story short, we left with the white odyssey!! Brad, you’re the Man! On December 23rd I picked up my car from getting a tire
On December 23rd I picked up my car from getting a tire rotation, oil change, checking alignment, and looking at a broken visor. Upon picking it up, I noticed that the front drivers side wheel had been damaged. I pulled the car up in front of the dealership by the service garage and Jamie came out to look at that wheel. He said he would speak to the service manager and get back to me. I never received a call from Jaime, I had to call the service center again for him to call me back. He stated that he doesn't know how they could have done that to the wheel, but they would fix it. Fast forward to today February 3rd, I picked my car up after it getting dropped off to replace the broken visor and get the wheel touched up. On the night drop slip, I stated it was the front driver side wheel which is the problem wheel that was talked about and for them to not wash the car because it is ceramic coated. I went in spoke with Jaime, he let me know the rest of the wheels got touched up, which at first, I thought was really nice. Until I walked out to my car and nothing was done to my wheels. I walked back in and told Jaime that nothing had been done, I began to get extremely frustrated because the original problem addressed was the front driver side wheel, I wrote it on the slip, and confirmed via phone call Friday morning with Jaime that it was the front driver side wheel that would be fixed. He kept saying that they didn’t do that, and that they were not going to fix it, even though that has been the wheel that has been talked about this whole time. At this point, I am not even sure a wheel guy came out. To add, my car was washed which I explicitly wrote down for them not to do so. He was extremely unprofessional. Now here I am today, over two weeks past 3 February when I picked my car up with no work done to my wheel with no contact from Lin Rowe, the service manager who I was supposed to hear from, or anyone at Bommarito Honda besides Jimmy, and this is just extremely disappointing. How does anyone operate a place of business this way. My experience here has been below subpar. The night I got my BRAND NEW 2023 Civic Sport, there was a massive scratch down the side of it with a gash in the tail end of it. Which was an issue in itself to try to get them to fix. I ended up just taking it some where I trusted. Then my visor fell out of the ceiling of the car, and now this wheel situation. The only thing good about this dealership so far was my salesman, Jimmy.

The best place to buy an automobile . We bought a Honda cr-v about 10 years ago from Bommarito and had no problems with that suv and still running strong and looks new. We just bought a 2024 hr-v and it is beautiful. The team at Bommarito are professional , starts with the salesman and he took care of us from start to finish. The finance guy made the process simple and fast. We were in and out in no time. The service center is at the top of their game , done right the first time and don 't forget the free car washes .We felt that Bommarito has always taken care of us and I definitely recommend Bommarito Honda Superstore. We set out on our journey to replace our 2019 Accord
We set out on our journey to replace our 2019 Accord Sport which was totaled during the recent tornado. We loved our Accord so much we decided to stay with an Accord. I contacted Chuck Lawless, a salesman for Bommarito Ford. We've purchased five (5) used autos from Chuck and trust him completely to find what we're looking for and be completely satisfied with the deal. Chuck did a quick search of their inventory, noting their dealership had no used Accords in stock. He did notice Bommarito Honda had a few used Accords available. Chuck referred us to Randy Borth, a salesman for Bommarito Honda. He contacted Randy telling him we were repeat customers of his and wanted Randy to take care of us. Great Teamwork! We met Randy at the Honda dealership, and he showed us several used Accords. He added there was another Accord, a 2023 Accord EX with very low mileage, and in excellent shape, they just took on a trade-in the previous night. He offered to let us look at it, although it hadn't been processed, inspected by a service tech, or cleaned up yet. One look and a test drive sold us on that one. Randy explained the vehicle would be eligible as a Bommarito Honda Certified car after it was inspected. He kept us informed during this process, advised us of the completed repairs for certification, and when the vehicle was ready for delivery. Next was the financing process. Finance Manager, Marc Gaby, took over from there. He made the finance process easy and was enjoyable. (Did I just say that?) We couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase of the 2023 Honda Accord EX. Just need to sincerely thank those people who turned our unfortunate loss into a pleasant and entertaining experience from start to finish. Best experience I’ve had at a large St Louis area dealership
We had no expectation that we would be buying a new vehicle today but after having some extensive mechanical trouble with our old van we were in a bit of a pickle. Every person we interacted with was friendly and informative. Our salesman Patrick, although new, was quick to get us answers to every question we had. There was no trouble looking at both used and new vehicles and no pressure to purchase one or the other. The obviously wanted to make the sale and worked with us accordingly but neither my wife or I felt any pressure to buy. Walked away with a new van in our budget.

My recent experience with buying a new car was a positive experience. Like many others, my 2017 Honda Civic was caught up in the May hailstorm and was considered a total loss. I started my search by looking at the inventory of the Honda Superstore in Hazelwood. This is where I had my car serviced and is close to where I live. I walked in (no appointment) and met Neil Smith. From the beginning Neil was kind, patient and most importantly not sales pressure orientated. He kept me informed, but not too much. I was receiving as many as 6 calls per day from other dealerships. I was able to test drive a pre-certified Honda and a new model. In the end we made a good deal on a new 2025 Honda Civic Sport. This place is a joke! Never ever ever buy from here as you will just be a number. I know it’s expected but if you want service and quality, go to Dave Sinclair. I sold the car I purchased after 94 days of owning it just so I didn’t have to. Deal with BOMMARITO HONDA anymore. Buyer beware!

On December 23rd I picked up my car from getting a tire
On December 23rd I picked up my car from getting a tire rotation, oil change, checking alignment, and looking at a broken visor. Upon picking it up, I noticed that the front drivers side wheel had been damaged. I pulled the car up in front of the dealership by the service garage and Jamie came out to look at that wheel. He said he would speak to the service manager and get back to me. I never received a call from Jaime, I had to call the service center again for him to call me back. He stated that he doesn't know how they could have done that to the wheel, but they would fix it. Fast forward to today February 3rd, I picked my car up after it getting dropped off to replace the broken visor and get the wheel touched up. On the night drop slip, I stated it was the front driver side wheel which is the problem wheel that was talked about and for them to not wash the car because it is ceramic coated. I went in spoke with Jaime, he let me know the rest of the wheels got touched up, which at first, I thought was really nice. Until I walked out to my car and nothing was done to my wheels. I walked back in and told Jaime that nothing had been done, I began to get extremely frustrated because the original problem addressed was the front driver side wheel, I wrote it on the slip, and confirmed via phone call Friday morning with Jaime that it was the front driver side wheel that would be fixed. He kept saying that they didn’t do that, and that they were not going to fix it, even though that has been the wheel that has been talked about this whole time. At this point, I am not even sure a wheel guy came out. To add, my car was washed which I explicitly wrote down for them not to do so. He was extremely unprofessional. Now here I am today, over two weeks past 3 February when I picked my car up with no work done to my wheel with no contact from Lin Rowe, the service manager who I was supposed to hear from, or anyone at Bommarito Honda besides Jimmy, and this is just extremely disappointing. How does anyone operate a place of business this way. My experience here has been below subpar. The night I got my BRAND NEW 2023 Civic Sport, there was a massive scratch down the side of it with a gash in the tail end of it. Which was an issue in itself to try to get them to fix. I ended up just taking it some where I trusted. Then my visor fell out of the ceiling of the car, and now this wheel situation. The only thing good about this dealership so far was my salesman, Jimmy.

I have always been a fan until my last visit to the
I have always been a fan until my last visit to the service department. I spent an hour setting up appointments to find out that I was no dealing with the dealership directly. They use a call center. When we arrived for our appointment, the service writer knew nothing about us coming, was very rude, and made my wife feel stupid. I called the "call center" again, and they were rude also. What happened to quality customer service. This was terrible.
